I run Constant Buddy, a service that pairs people who just need someone to talk to with warm, caring listeners. I’m expanding the team and I’d love to meet communicators who can offer a judgment-free ear, spark genuine dialogue, and leave callers feeling seen and valued.

What matters most is empathy. If you naturally draw people out, read tone and subtext well, and can keep conversations flowing without scripts, you’re already the profile I’m after. Day-to-day you’ll connect with users at times that suit your schedule. All sessions are strictly conversational; no therapy, coaching, or clinical advice is expected or allowed. You simply show up, listen attentively, respond authentically, and help someone feel less alone.
