I need a compact yet reliable firmware package that runs on a Renesas micro-controller and speaks IEC 60870-5-104 end-to-end, pushing device-status updates through a Quectel EC200 cellular modem straight to our cloud endpoint.

My goal is simple: every change of state inside the field unit must be encoded in the IEC104 frame set, transported over the EC200’s TCP stack, and arrive at the server in near real time for further processing. The data flow is strictly one-way for now—no remote controls—so the focus is on efficient, loss-tolerant transmission and clean reconnection handling after drops.

Key points you should feel comfortable with:
• Renesas toolchain (e² studio / GCC) and HAL drivers
• Full or lightweight IEC104 implementation, including ASDUs for device status
• Quectel EC200 AT command set and network registration routines
• TLS or alternative encryption layered over the cellular link if footprint permits

Deliverables I expect:
1. Well-commented source code and project files that build in e² studio
2. Configuration hooks for APN, server IP/port, and polling interval
3. A short test application or script on the PC side that confirms status frames are parsed correctly
4. Read-me with flashing instructions and memory/RAM footprint

Acceptance will be based on the demo showing a Renesas board reboot, register to the LTE network through the EC200, transmit at least 100 consecutive status updates without loss, and reconnect automatically after forced link drops.
