Embed HR Forms Online

I’m updating our careers section and want every applicant to complete their paperwork directly on the site instead of juggling email attachments.

Here’s what I need:

• Two separate form workflows—one for the main job application and another that kicks in for new-hire onboarding.
• Each workflow must capture personal details, work history and references, plus the federally-required I-9, W-4 and a Job Description acknowledgement.
• When a user hits “Submit,” the entire packet should compile into a single, downloadable file (PDF is ideal, though a well-formatted CSV would also work). No email notifications or database storage are required right now—just the download.

The forms have to live seamlessly inside the existing website, match our branding, and look clean on desktop and mobile. If you’ve previously embedded multi-step HR or government forms and can show a quick sample, that would be perfect.
