Email Text Entry to Excel

I have a steady stream of company emails that need to be converted into clean, well-structured rows inside an Excel workbook. Every message contains purely text data—no attachments, images, or numbers—so the task is straightforward data entry rather than complex analysis.

You will receive the emails in batches. For each message, simply copy the required text fields (subject line, sender, date, and body content) and paste or type them into the corresponding columns of my Excel template. Consistency matters: please keep line breaks, punctuation, and capitalization exactly as found in the email, and don’t add any new formatting within the sheet.

Deliverable:
• Completed Excel file returned after each batch, with every row matching the original email content 1-to-1.
• Zero missing or truncated characters—spot checks will be run for accuracy.
