Email & SMS Retention Expert Needed to Teach

We're building a training program for U.S. research peptide ecommerce brands and need an experienced retention marketer to record our email and SMS retention module (18 lessons). You record the lessons and share the templates you already use; we handle editing, production and course upload.

Modules needed to train (Can be optimised based off your experience):
- Setting up email and SMS infrastructure
- Building welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows
- Essential SMS automations
- The monthly campaign calendar
- Writing and designing emails that convert
- AOV, bundles, quantity breaks, cross-sells and upsells
- Free-shipping thresholds and subscriptions
- Customer LTV, repeat purchase rate, reactivation and referral systems

Experience required:
- You have personally run email and SMS retention for ecommerce brands
- Hands-on in Klaviyo, Omnisend, Attentive, Postscript or a similar platform
- Flow and campaign revenue numbers you can show
- You understand consent and claims compliance well enough to teach it
- Restricted, health, supplement or peptide vertical experience strongly preferred
