Email Property Data Entry

I receive a steady flow of property enquiry emails and need each one carefully entered into our in-house system. For every email I forward you, you will:

• Read the message and pull out all property-related information: full address, suburb or locality, land or floor size, and every feature mentioned. Bedrooms, bathrooms and parking are mandatory; capture any other features the sender notes as well.
• Enter those details into the appropriate fields in our custom web interface, checking spelling and formatting so the record is immediately usable.
• Flag anything unclear by adding a brief note in the comments field so I can follow up.

Accuracy and speed matter more than sheer volume. If you consistently deliver clean, complete entries, I’ll extend the collaboration to other data sets we manage. Good written English comprehension, a reliable internet connection and the ability to handle confidential information are all essential.
