Email PDF Parsing to QuickBooks

I have a dedicated inbox that receives two PDFs for every job: a typed work order and a handwritten invoice, both already saved as PDFs. I need a repeatable solution that:

• Downloads each new pair as the emails arrive
• Matches the work order with its corresponding handwritten invoice
• Extracts three data groups—Client details, Service details and Payment information—from the pair (OCR will be required on the handwritten file)
• Places those fields into a clean Excel sheet laid out for direct import into QuickBooks

A simple dashboard or script-based approach in Python, Power Automate, VBA, Zapier, or a similarly reliable toolset is fine as long as it runs unattended and can be triggered by new mail. Include error logging and a way for me to review any records that fail OCR so we keep the dataset accurate.

Deliverables:
1. Running automation (source code or workflow file) that pulls, pairs, and parses the PDFs
2. Sample Excel file generated from my test emails
3. Short setup guide so I can deploy it on my own machine or server

Once the files load smoothly into QuickBooks without manual edits, the project is complete.
