Email Newsletter Setup & Dispatch to 100K emails

I need help turning my existing email design into a fully-functioning newsletter campaign that goes out smoothly each time we run a promotional offer. The template is already built; what’s missing is the technical setup, list management, testing, scheduling, and the actual send-out.

The platform choice is open—I’m comfortable with any of the usual suspects (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Sendinblue, etc.) as long as you can demonstrate past success and provide clear post-send reporting (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes).

Here’s what I’d like delivered:
• 100K emails Import or clean my subscriber list and set up the segments we need for targeted promotions.
• Drop the existing HTML template in, make sure it renders perfectly across major email clients, and run a quick spam-filter check.
• Configure all required DNS records (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) if the platform needs it so that deliverability is solid.
• Schedule and send the first promotional blast, then share a concise performance report and recommendations for the next send.
