Email Marketing Setup & Training

My series of illustrated children’s books is ready for readers; now it needs a dependable email engine behind it. I’d like you to lay the foundation for ongoing email marketing while giving me a clear, repeatable process I can run myself afterward.

Here’s what I need:

• Recommend and configure a suitable email service (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) so subscribers coming from my website, Facebook, and Instagram flow into one clean list.
• Build three reusable, on-brand templates—newsletter, limited-time promo, and short educational spotlight on the books—complete with images, copy blocks, and smart placeholders.
• Set up one automated welcome sequence (3–4 emails) that introduces the series, highlights key buying links, and invites readers to our social pages.
• Create signup forms or pop-ups that I can embed on my site and share on Facebook and Instagram.
• Walk me through the dashboard, list segmentation, and basic reporting in a short video call so I’m comfortable scheduling future sends myself.

Assets such as book covers, illustrations, and copy points are ready to go. I handle Facebook and Instagram posts for now; your job is to make email the central hub that ties everything together.

Clear, organized hand-off documentation and test sends will be the basis for acceptance.
