Email Deliverability Specialist Needed

I manage the infrastructure for RonixTek Staffing Solutions and need an expert who can step in and get our messages consistently landing in the inbox. Our current stack is built around a Hostinger VPS running Postfix, and we have already put the basics in place—SPF, DKIM and DMARC are published and aligned, and we actively monitor IP & domain reputation—but our deliverability into Gmail, Outlook and the other major filters still fluctuates.

The job
• Audit the existing Hostinger/Postfix configuration and identify everything—from rDNS/PTR and HELO strings to TLS settings—that could be impacting inbox placement.
• Fine-tune DNS records, rotate or warm new IPs if needed, and recommend any segmentation or throttling rules that will protect our sender score.
• Build a lightweight monitoring routine (your preferred tool is fine) so we have early warning on reputation shifts, bounces and complaint spikes.
• Document every change clearly so the in-house sysadmin team can maintain the environment after hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
• 95 %+ inbox placement to Gmail and Microsoft test mailboxes across three consecutive campaigns.
• Zero critical errors or soft-fail warnings in the major public block-list checks.
• A concise playbook covering all adjustments, rollback steps and ongoing monitoring tasks.
