I’m looking to strengthen the long-term relationships we have with our banking customers by introducing a structured, email-based follow-up program. The goal is simple: keep every client feeling heard and valued long after their initial interaction, so trust grows naturally and repeat business follows.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Map out a cadence of friendly, value-packed emails that check in on customers, remind them of helpful features, and invite feedback.
• Draft the actual email copy—clear, transparent language that aligns with our customer-focused tone and explains relevant products only when they truly fit a client’s situation.
• Propose a lightweight tracking method (a CRM workflow, spreadsheet, or automation tool) so we can see who was contacted, when, and what follow-up is due next.
Acceptance criteria
1. A 6-month email calendar covering onboarding, periodic check-ins, and milestone messages.
2. Five evergreen email templates ready to drop into our CRM.
3. A simple tracking framework we can start using immediately (steps, fields, and example entries).
If you have experience crafting relationship-nurturing emails for financial services and can hand over everything in clear, editable files, I’d love to review your approach and timeline.
