Email Contact Data Entry

I have a series of plain-text emails from which I need every contact’s name and email address transferred into a neatly organized spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer). Accuracy is critical: each row should contain the exact spelling of the name and the corresponding email with no duplicates or typos.

Once the extraction is finished, please run a quick pass to deduplicate entries and flag anything that looks incomplete so I can verify it. When you hand the file back, I should be able to upload it directly into my mailing platform without further cleanup.
