Elementor Form Logic Setup

I have an Elementor-built form that requires an updated conditional logic field to be displayed in a table. When the administrator selects a text option (sponsor list) from a drop-down, I want that choice to appear instantly inside a neatly formatted table on an existing page.

Everything must run inside Elementor Pro - simple code would be GREAT, no page reloads, no awkward work-arounds and no special requirements for updates. I simply need the conditional logic configured in the current form, and the table column displaying the correct selection(event sponsor).

This is NOT a 'start from scratch' project. I have everything in place, and the system is working as intended - scripts, angler entry page, display pages, etc.

Just looking for a quick and simple conditional logic update.
