Elegant Family Tree Design

I need a family tree created from pre-existing data. The data is in a PDF format that can be enlarged for a large poster print.

Requirements:
- Draw a top-down family tree for 12 individuals across three generations, using provided data in Excel and pictures.
- Incorporate West Texas-themed watermark picture elements in the background.
- Ensure names and pictures are visible from 6 feet away on a large 48x36 poster, with additional smaller details for close viewing.
- Deliver the final product as a PDF ready for large-format printing at Kinkos.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in working with Excel and PDF data.
- Strong graphic design skills, especially for classic and elegant styles.
- Experience in creating family trees or similar diagrams.
