I need a classic, elegant, sophisticated, and highly professional two-sided business card design for myself as a Director of a real estate and construction company.

The objective is to create a business card that feels premium, authoritative, mature, and trustworthy without looking flashy or overly decorative. I do not want the typical “luxury” business-card style with excessive gold, gradients, dark backgrounds, or unnecessary graphics. The design should communicate quiet luxury through typography, spacing, proportions, paper/print treatment, and excellent visual hierarchy.

The card will be professionally printed on 350 GSM velvet-touch paper, so the design should be created with high-quality physical printing in mind.

Company

Tathastu Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

The company is a real estate development and construction company. I will provide the existing company logo, which must be incorporated appropriately into the design.

Personal Information

Name: Omm Suvam Parida
Designation: Director

Mobile:
Email:

Company Website: Tathastuinfra.com

Office Numbers:

Office Address:
647(P), Behera Sahi Road,
Near Golap Resort, Nuasahi,
Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751012

Design Requirements

I need a two-sided horizontal business card in a standard professional business-card proportion.

The design should include:

My full name
My designation
My direct mobile number
Email address
Company website
Company office numbers
Full office address
Company logo
Company name
Appropriate subtle branding elements
Important:

Do NOT include WhatsApp separately. My mobile number is sufficient.

I do not want a list of company services, project names, promotional information, or excessive marketing copy. This is intended to be a personal Director's visiting card, not a company brochure.

Design Style

The overall direction should be:

Classic
Elegant
Sophisticated
Professional
Minimal but not boring
Premium but not flashy
Corporate but not generic
Architectural
Timeless
Authoritative
Clean and highly refined

I particularly like the idea of quiet luxury rather than conventional luxury.

Please avoid making it look like a normal real-estate agent's visiting card.

I want the card to feel appropriate when handed to:

High-value clients
Business owners
Investors
Architects
Contractors
Developers
Corporate executives
Senior professionals
Government/official stakeholders

The impression should be that the card belongs to someone in a senior leadership/director position.

Colour Direction

I do not want a typical black-and-gold luxury card.

Please explore a restrained, sophisticated palette such as:

Warm ivory / cream
Off-white
Soft beige
Stone
Taupe
Charcoal
Graphite
Muted olive/forest green used very sparingly
Very subtle muted metallic/bronze accent if required

The company logo already contains green and muted gold/ochre architectural elements, so the design should complement the existing brand rather than fight against it.

Avoid excessive green.

In particular, I do not want the entire card to be dark green.

Front Side

The front should primarily represent me as the Director while still maintaining clear company identity.

Possible hierarchy:

OMM SUVAM PARIDA
DIRECTOR

Then the relevant contact information:

Mobile
Email
Website if appropriate

The company identity/logo should be incorporated in a refined way without overpowering my name.

I am open to the designer deciding the exact layout as long as the hierarchy feels intentional and premium.

Back Side

The back should focus more strongly on Tathastu Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

It should include:

Company logo
Tathastu Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Company office numbers
Website
Full registered/office address

A subtle architectural graphic, geometric pattern, embossed-style element, or other sophisticated branding treatment can be explored.

However, please do not overcrowd the back.

The two sides should feel like part of one cohesive identity, rather than two completely unrelated designs.

Typography

Typography is extremely important to this project.

I want the typography to feel:

Premium
Mature
Highly legible
Elegant
Professional
Carefully spaced

A tasteful combination of a sophisticated serif and a modern sans-serif can be explored, but I am also open to a completely refined sans-serif system if it looks better.

Please pay particular attention to:

Letter spacing
Line spacing
Font weights
Alignment
Margins
Visual hierarchy
Consistent spacing

I do not want oversized decorative fonts or trendy typography that may look outdated quickly.

Graphic Elements

The company operates in real estate, construction, and infrastructure, so subtle architectural elements can be incorporated.

For example:

Minimal architectural linework
Abstract building silhouettes
Geometric forms
Subtle façade patterns
Emboss/deboss-inspired elements
Very subtle references to architecture

However, these should remain secondary elements.

I do not want:

Stock building photographs
Large building illustrations
Excessive icons
Random decorative shapes
Busy patterns
Clip-art
Generic real-estate graphics

The design should remain sophisticated even when viewed without the mockup effects.

Printing & Physical Finish

The final card will be printed on:

350 GSM velvet-touch paper

Please design with real-world printing in mind.

I am open to recommendations for subtle premium finishing such as:

Embossing
Debossing
Spot UV
Letterpress-style treatment
Raised elements
Subtle foil only if genuinely necessary

However, I do not want unnecessary expensive finishing just for the sake of looking luxurious.

The design itself should be strong enough to look premium even with standard high-quality printing.

Dimensions & Print Setup

The printer template I am using specifies:

Trim size: 3.5 × 2 inches
Bleed: 3.62 × 2.12 inches
Safe area: 3.38 × 1.88 inches

Please ensure the final artwork respects the bleed, trim, and safe-area requirements.

All important text and logos must remain safely inside the safe area.

The final design should be suitable for professional printing.

What I Expect From the Freelancer

I am looking for someone who can do more than simply place text and a logo onto a template.

I want the designer to think like a brand identity designer and create a genuinely refined Director-level business card.

Please:

Study the existing company logo before designing.
Develop a cohesive visual language around the logo.
Create both front and back as one unified design system.
Establish a strong typographic hierarchy.
Maintain excellent spacing and alignment.
Make the card feel premium without excessive decoration.
Consider how the design will look on actual 350 GSM velvet-touch stock.
Ensure all text is highly legible when printed.
Keep the design timeless rather than following a temporary trend.
Make sure the final artwork is technically ready for professional printing.
Deliverables

I would ideally like to receive:

High-resolution front-side artwork
High-resolution back-side artwork
Print-ready PDF
Editable AI / EPS / PSD / INDD source file
High-resolution PNG/JPG previews
CMYK print-ready version
Bleed and crop marks where appropriate
Fonts or font information used in the design
Any linked assets required for editing

If possible, please also provide a realistic mockup showing both sides of the finished card so I can understand how the final printed product will look.

Ideal Skills and Experience

I am looking for a freelancer with:

Proven experience in premium business card design
Strong understanding of classic and elegant visual design
Excellent typography and layout skills
Experience designing for real estate, architecture, construction, luxury, corporate, or professional brands
Strong understanding of brand integration
Experience incorporating existing logos into sophisticated stationery
Knowledge of professional print production
Experience working with CMYK, bleed, safe areas, and print specifications
Ability to create designs that look premium both digitally and physically
Strong attention to detail
A portfolio demonstrating high-end stationery or corporate identity work
Designer Selection

When applying, please include:

Your business card design portfolio
Examples of premium/minimal corporate stationery
Examples involving real estate, architecture, construction, or luxury brands, if available
Your preferred design approach for this project
Confirmation that you can provide the editable source files
Confirmation that you understand the 350 GSM velvet-touch printing requirement

I am particularly interested in a designer who understands that minimal does not mean empty or basic.

The final result should have enough design character and sophistication to immediately feel like a high-quality Director-level corporate identity card, while remaining elegant, restrained, and timeless.
