I’m looking for a skilled mechatronics specialist who can jump straight into the electrical and software-programming sides of my machine-building project. The mechanical portion is already under control in-house, so your focus will be integrating, testing, and refining the control electronics and embedded code that drive the system.
You should be comfortable reading and updating wiring schematics, selecting or replacing critical components, and writing clean, well-documented firmware or PLC logic that keeps everything running reliably. If you can also implement quick diagnostic routines and safety interlocks, even better.
Scope at a glance
• Review existing electrical design, spot weak points, propose improvements
• Develop or optimise the control software (C/C++, Python, or ladder logic—whichever best fits)
• Support bench-top testing and provide concise build notes so our technicians can reproduce your work
Additional Details: A motorized (24VDC M+Encoder) toothed belt linear guide with pneumatic gripper combined with a paternoster system using a 230 VCA motor and 14 sensors. Overall setup involves approximately 16 I/O.
Deliverables will be considered complete when the updated schematics, compiled code, and a short commissioning guide are handed over and our in-house tests pass without errors. Let me know your preferred toolchain and how soon you could start.
