Key Responsibilities

Manage the bid lifecycle, from opportunity tracking to submission

Coordinate and oversee the proposal development process

Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using appropriate tools

Manage and streamline the takeoff process across multiple projects

Ensure all project scopes are complete, with no gaps or missed items

Collaborate with internal teams to gather required inputs for bids and proposals

Maintain organized documentation and tracking of bids, estimates, and submissions

Qualifications

Proven experience in estimating and/or bid coordination

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans

High attention to detail, especially in scope review and takeoffs

Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a go-getter mindset

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
