Position: Electrical Engineering Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$90/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and evaluate written content and AI-generated responses in electrical engineering for accuracy and quality.
Answer questions and provide clear, well-reasoned feedback based on professional experience.
Identify useful reference material relevant to the field of electrical engineering.
Share insights into tools, workflows, and standards used by electrical engineers.
Collaborate with a small group of subject-matter experts across different fields.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Degree-qualified electrical engineer holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the US.
2+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
Familiarity with codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE) and tools (MATLAB, AutoCAD Electrical, SPICE).
Based in the United States.
Professional working English.
Able to commit to 10 hours/week.
Preferred
Experience writing technical documentation, specs, or training material.
Comfortable using everyday AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
