Electrical Designer for Walk In Cooler & Freezer PLC Panel

We are a commercial refrigeration and HVAC company seeking an experienced Electrical Designer / Control Panel Designer to create professional electrical drawings for a Walk-In Cooler & Walk-In Freezer Combo system controlled by PLC.

The project includes complete electrical design and drawings for the PLC Control Panel, Walk-In Cooler, and Walk-In Freezer.

The electrical design should include:

Evaporator units and evaporator fan controls
Electric defrost heaters
Drain heaters
Refrigeration solenoid valves
Temperature sensors
Termination Sensor
Door switches and safety controls
Contactors and control relays
Circuit breakers and fuses
Control power supplies
PLC digital inputs and outputs
PLC analog inputs and outputs
Communication/network connections
Cooler and freezer field wiring
Compressor/condensing unit control connections
Terminal blocks, wire numbers, and component tags
Required Drawings & Documentation:

Main power distribution diagram
Complete PLC control panel wiring
PLC I/O wiring diagrams
Cooler control circuits
Freezer control circuits
Evaporator wiring
Electric defrost and drain heater wiring
Compressor/condensing unit control wiring
Field wiring diagrams
Terminal block drawings
Wire numbering and component tagging
Complete PLC I/O list
Bill of Materials (BOM)
The design must be based on the actual components, PLC, electrical equipment, and refrigeration system information we provide.

Drawings should be clean, simple, professional, and easy to understand for electricians and refrigeration technicians performing panel fabrication, installation, field wiring, startup, and troubleshooting.

Complete PDF electrical drawing set
PLC I/O list
BOM / component list
All editable source files
Experience with commercial refrigeration, Walk-In Coolers, Walk-In Freezers, PLC controls, electric defrost systems, and electrical control panel design is strongly preferred.

This project may lead to long-term work, as we have additional commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and PLC control projects planned.
