Electrical & Architectural Blueprint Drafting

I’m updating a project and need complete electrical and architectural blueprints produced from my sketches and notes. The architectural side should show walls, doors, windows, levels and dimensions in clean CAD format. On the electrical side I must see three things clearly layered:

• Wiring diagrams showing conductor gauge and routing
• Lighting plans with fixture symbols, switching and load schedules
• Circuit layouts that align with the panel schedule I’ll supply

All drawings have to be delivered as editable DWG (AutoCAD) plus PDF sheets ready for permit submission. Accuracy to standard scale is essential and every sheet should carry a legend, north arrow and title block with my project data.

I’ll provide existing floor plans, field measurements and a list of fixtures and panels; you translate that into coordinated architectural and electrical sets that line up perfectly. Let me know your typical turnaround for initial drafts and how many revision rounds you include.
