Eindhoven Commercial Bitumen Roof Installation

I have a commercial property in Eindhoven that needs its existing roof system fully removed and replaced. The old layers and any damaged decking must come off first, followed by fresh decking where required.
The new build-up will centre on a high-quality SBS-modified bitumen membrane, so please be comfortable torching or mechanically fixing that material. Once the bitumen sheets are in place, I also need:
• Continuous insulation layers for energy performance
• A reliable vapour barrier beneath the insulation
• A final waterproof coating to seal and protect the finished surface

Typical site work will include clearing debris, setting up safety rails and fall-arrest gear, measuring all roof areas, and cutting the sheets neatly around penetrations, vents, parapets and edges. You’ll operate standard hand tools, hot-air welders, torches, and—when needed—assist with lifts or forklifts to move rolls and boards to the roof.

Please inspect the deck before starting, flag any structural issues, and propose the best repair method where rot or corrosion appears. At handover I expect a watertight, professionally flashed roof, photos of each stage, and a brief report on materials and installation methods for warranty records.
