EIN Application Follow-Up For Wyoming LLC

I need an experienced freelancer to follow up with the IRS regarding an existing EIN application for my Wyoming LLC. Form SS-4 has already been submitted successfully by fax. I do NOT need a new EIN application. I only need you to contact the IRS International EIN Unit, check the status of the existing application, and obtain the EIN if it has already been assigned. Please tell me what authorization you need from me before starting. Experience with IRS EIN follow-ups for non-US residents is required.
