I need a short, high-quality video of an Egyptian Arabic–speaking child, roughly 6-10 years old, who can deliver a warm “Happy Birthday” greeting and light-hearted apology. The mood has to stay cheerful and playful throughout; think genuine smiles, lively voice, and a tone that feels sincere yet fun.
