Efficient Google Ads Lead Setup

I’m preparing a Google Ads campaign for a professional-services firm and want the account built from the ground up to generate phone calls—only within one specific U.S. city. Quality leads at the lowest possible cost per call is the benchmark.

The work starts with intent-focused keyword research, moves into a tightly themed campaign structure, and finishes with ads that compel prospects to tap “Call.” Call conversion tracking must be wired through Google Ads and Google Tag Manager so every ring is recorded.

Deliverables
• Keyword list with match types and intent notes
• Campaign and ad-group architecture (SKAG or similarly tight)
• At least three RSAs plus one call-only ad per group
• Call, sitelink, and any relevant extensions in place
• Verified conversion tracking screenshot
• 30-day optimisation roadmap

I’ll supply the landing page and phone number once we start. Build everything inside my existing Google Ads account, using only free Google tools (GTM, GA) to stay compliant. Disapproved ads won’t be accepted, so adherence to Google policy is essential.
