Educational Trust Website & App Revamp

I need a skilled developer to refine our existing website and create a new mobile app for the UHV Foundation, an educational trust.

Location: anywhere in Hyderabad, but preferably in Sainikpuri

Website Refinements:
- Design updates to modernize the look and feel.
- Improve user experience (UX) for better navigation and accessibility.
- Add new user features to enhance functionality.
- Strengthen security to protect user data.
- The website is currently uses a PHP based Laravel framework

Mobile App Development:
- User-friendly interface aligned with the updated website.
- Secure login and personalized user profiles.
- Access to educational resources, event updates, and more.

Role Description: The Website and App Developer will
1-support UHV Foundation’s digital presence by refining its website (https://www.uhv.org.in), which presently uses a PHP-based Laravel framework
2-develop its mobile application
3-train a team of UHV volunteers to maintain and further enhance the website and mobile app
4-they may also be involved in refining the foundation's presence on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@UniversalHumanValues).

Qualifications
1-Interest and commitment to personal and societal development for the wellbeing of all
2-Technical skills in developing practical websites and mobile apps
3-Practical AI familiarity
4-Documentation, training and people-to-people communication ability, particularly openness and listening
5- Proficiency in web and mobile app development.
6- Strong background in UX/UI design.
7- Experience in implementing security features.
8- Familiarity with educational platforms is a plus.
