Educational Lecture PowerPoint Design

I’m putting together an educational session aimed at maritime professionals and I need a polished PowerPoint deck that carries the lesson from start to finish. The outline and raw content are ready; what’s missing is a visually engaging presentation that flows logically, supports key talking points with simple graphics or icons, and leaves enough white-space so busy professionals can digest each slide quickly.

Here’s what I’d like to walk away with:
• A fully editable .pptx file built in the latest Microsoft PowerPoint
• Approximately 20-25 slides (final count may shift slightly once you see the material)
• Consistent master slide setup, typography, and color palette
• Visual aids—charts, diagrams, or infographics—where they reinforce complex concepts
• Speaker notes populated with the bullet points I provide, aligned to each slide

I haven’t locked in a specific design style yet, so you’re free to propose a formal-clean, modern-minimalist, or more creative approach—whichever you feel will resonate best with working professionals while keeping the tone authoritative and clear.

Acceptance criteria
• All content from my outline appears in the deck without omissions
• Fonts remain standard or are embedded to avoid compatibility issues
• Graphics are royalty-free or created from scratch
• File opens flawlessly in Microsoft 365 on Windows and macOS

If this sounds like a straightforward fit, let me know your turnaround time and one or two samples of similar professional-oriented decks you’ve built. Looking forward to collaborating.
