Education Website Development

What I need:
A website where I can upload study notes (PDF-based) and video classes myself, without needing you every time
The most important feature: study notes must be read-only inside the website — no downloading, no "Save As", no copy-paste, and no easy way to find the raw file link. Videos also need to be protected from download/piracy
User login system with free content and paid/gated content
Payment integration (Razorpay/UPI preferred, since my audience is Indian)
Mobile-friendly, since most of my audience comes from Instagram/YouTube on their phones

Platform preference: Ask the freelancer to recommend between:
No-code/low-code (e.g., WordPress + LMS plugin like LearnDash/Tutor LMS, or Teachable/Podia-style hosted platform) — cheaper, faster, I can manage it myself
Custom-built (React/Node or similar) — more expensive, more control, needed only if I expect very high scale
Fast loading speed, especially on mobile/slower internet
SSL certificate (https) — mandatory for payments
SEO basics: proper page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs
Should be able to connect a custom domain
