We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a comprehensive, secure, role-based Education Management and Governance Platform with a public website and four dedicated portals: Student, Teacher, Admin, and Governing Council/CEO.
Key Features & Requirements:
- Student Portal: Profiles, timetables, assignments, exams, attendance, results, fees, certificates, internships, projects, learning resources, grievances, and notifications.
- Teacher Portal: Student management, attendance, lectures, assignments, assessments, result entry, live classes, recordings, and project management.
- Admin Portal: Admissions, counselling, entrance exams, college/user management, fee tracking, document verification, certificates, and reports.
- Governing Council/CEO Portal: Franchise management, institutional collaborations, revenue sharing, accounting/GST, quality monitoring, financial reports, and chatbot management.
- Additional Integrations: Online payments, WhatsApp/SMS notifications, digital signatures, retinal scanning, live streaming for approximately 1,000 participants, and an AI chatbot supporting around 500 questions, subject to requirements and third-party availability.
Preferred Technology Stack: React/Next.js, Python FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pydantic, JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), Argon2 password hashing, Docker, and cloud deployment.
Developer Responsibilities: Design the database and REST APIs, develop responsive portals, implement secure authentication and college/pincode-based access restrictions, maintain audit logs, integrate external services, perform testing, and manage deployment and documentation.
The project will be delivered in phases, starting with the core MVP and expanding into advanced modules and integrations. Applicants should provide relevant portfolio examples, a proposed development plan, estimated timeline, budget, and ongoing maintenance support.
