An AI chatbot (LLM API + RAG) trained on our own data — should feel knowledgeable and conversational, not generic

Admin panel for content/data management
Tech stack required:
Frontend: React.js (web), React Native (app)
Backend: Node.js + Express
Database: PostgreSQL
AI: LLM API integration (Claude/OpenAI) + RAG
Hosting: AWS or Render
Terms:
Code delivered to our GitHub (we retain ownership)
NDA + IP assignment required before project start
