I have a steady stream of wedding galleries that need a refined, fashion-forward touch. The look I am after is clean editorial skin, natural yet vibrant colour, a light matte treatment on any shiny areas, and subtle retouching that never feels filtered.

Before we move into the ongoing work, I run a paid test: 50 images from a single RAW wedding gallery, edited to match six reference files I will supply. The test is a flat $5 and I need the full-resolution JPEGs back within 48 hours.

For every wedding—there are four ready right now and many more booked—expect 400-800 finals. I share my Lightroom catalog directly so you can work non-destructively and keep metadata intact. You will be using the catalog alongside your own Photoshop workflow if needed.

The core techniques you must apply on every frame are:
• Skin smoothing that keeps texture alive
• Precise colour correction for true-to-life tones
• Background clean-up where distractions appear

While all three are essential, I value overall aesthetic consistency above anything else; every image in a gallery should feel like it belongs in the same editorial spread.

When you send your proposal, please include:
• Your per-wedding flat rate or price structure
• Links to two or three complete wedding galleries you have edited (not just highlights)
• Your usual turnaround time for 400–800 images

If the test passes and the first batch goes smoothly, this can become regular, high-volume work each month. Looking forward to seeing your edit style and speed.
