I have completed a 250-page non-fiction manuscript titled "Selling is More Than Just Telling." It is a blend of biography and business insights, reflecting on my 62 years of work, marriage, and life experiences. The book includes my personal journey, from leaving school at 14 to building a successful career employing hundreds of staff, as well as the sales formula I created in 1974 (IQPC).

I am seeking an experienced editor to review the manuscript while preserving my authentic Australian voice and tone. The editor will also format the chapters professionally and prepare the manuscript as a print-ready PDF for my printer. This project is time-sensitive as it aligns with an upcoming book launch event. I will be available 24/7 to collaborate with the editor, provide input, and suggest images for chapters where needed.

Key Requirements:
- Maintain the author’s original voice and tone (Australian), ensuring "Aussieisms" remain intact while clarifying meaning for broader audiences.
- Arrange chapters chronologically, starting with early life and meeting my wife in Sale, Victoria in 1962, followed by strategically integrating IQPC into the narrative to highlight its role in achieving over $250 million in product/property sales success.
- Format the manuscript professionally for printing.
- Convert the final version into a print-ready PDF.
- Collaborate closely with the author to incorporate chapter-specific images.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in editing and formatting manuscripts for publication.
- Familiarity with preparing files for professional printing.
- Strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the author.
