Editable Live Result Website

I already have a clean HTML template for the result page; what I now need is the backend magic that turns it into a live, editable site. The core requirement is a lightweight admin panel where I can log in and manually add, edit, or delete each student’s result in real time. No CSV imports or external APIs are necessary—just a straightforward form-based interface tied to a small database (MySQL or similar) that instantly reflects changes on the public page.

Please keep the codebase simple, well-commented, and easy for me to host on standard shared hosting. Once finished, I should be able to:

• Sign in securely to the admin panel.
• Enter or update marks/grades and have them appear immediately on the front end.
• Remove entries when needed without breaking the layout.
• Rely on clear installation instructions so I can deploy the site myself.
