Editable Forms Integration Software

I run a typing center and I want visitors to fill out a small set of application forms directly on my site instead of handing me paper copies. The forms include both Government and Educational applications, and each one must stay fully editable so I can update fields or wording whenever regulations change.

What I need you to build is a lightweight software layer—whether it ends up as a WordPress plugin, an embeddable HTML widget, or another clean solution—that drops into my existing site and keeps everything in the same look-and-feel. The must-have feature is Auto-save so customers never lose their progress if they pause or lose connection. If you think extras such as real-time validation or file uploads will make future updates easier, let me know; we can stage those for a later milestone.

For acceptance I’ll be checking:

• Each Government and Educational form loads quickly, edits smoothly, and submits without page reloads.
• I can open an admin panel, tweak any field label, add or remove questions, and publish changes instantly.
• Auto-save triggers in the background and restores data after a refresh.
• The final embed works on both desktop and mobile, matching my current site’s styling.

Hand over the fully documented source, a clear installation guide, and a brief walkthrough so I can maintain minor changes myself.
