I want to streamline the way we send quotes to clients in the construction-equipment hire / security space, so I need a reusable, editable in some sections quotation template built in Adobe (InDesign or an interactive Acrobat PDF—feel free to recommend the best route).
The layout must clearly accommodate:
1) Cover page semi editable, can add customer location, date, sales person
2) A concise company-profile (1 page) (locked info)
3) Product details of what I'm selling (one page) 6 products (locked info) 1 photo of each product and a description of the product and section at the bottom with some optional extras Starlink, Mesh Network, Security Desk, LPR Camera, Thermal Camera, monitoring, guard response
4) Customer information - 1 page dedicated to the clients specific project (editable) headings - scope, recommendations, delivery process
5) Customer information - 1 blank page to insert a site aerial photo to then superimpose the products and where the would be located on the site map - ideally like to have icons we can use of the 5 products that we can position over the map to show location of item.
6) A final page where the client can electronically sign, date and formally accept the quote, terms and conditions linked to it.
The quote is generated in another SaaS platform and converted to a separate PDF document which will be sent with this document and the quote number will need to be referenced in the document
Visually, the template should feel at home in a construction / machinery hiring environment—clean, professional and a touch industrial rather than overly corporate or minimalist. Think bold headings, easy-to-read pricing tables and room for photographs of the equipment.
Please set up all key text and price fields as editable styles or form fields so my team can update each quote without altering the core design. Include paragraph/character styles, colour swatches and any linked assets or fonts (licensed for commercial use).

• Print-ready and interactive PDF versions
