– Dates: shift the start, end, and renewal dates to the new timeline I will supply.
– Names: replace the existing parties’ names and any related references throughout the document.
– Clauses: amend a handful of specific points (scope wording, notice period, and payment schedule). I have notes on some of these edits; a sharp eye to spot any remaining inconsistencies would be appreciated.
