Edit one viral-quality vertical clip from a podcast moment (9:16) (T30)

## What you'll make
One vertical short-form clip (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) cut from a full-length podcast episode, for a company's own social accounts. We already know which moment works. Your job is to make it the best version of that moment.

The hired editor gets the full episode and the approximate timestamps of the moment from us. You may trim in or out by a few seconds if it makes a stronger hook or a cleaner ending.

## Hard requirements
- 9:16, 1080x1920, MP4, H.264, 30–75 seconds
- Burned-in captions, 100% accurate
- Faces stay in frame. Reframe or use a split layout when two people talk
- Clean, normalized audio. No music bed unless it clearly helps
- No watermarks, logos or stock filler
- Deliver the MP4 plus one line with the start and end timestamps you used

## What past edits got wrong (please avoid)
- **Loud, busy captions.** Too many lines and fonts that shout. Keep it to one or two short lines in a clean, modern font.
- **Flickering captions.** Words that pop and fade too fast to read. Keep the whole line on screen while it's spoken.
- **Transitions on every cut.** Use effects only where they earn it.
- **Weak openings.** Starting at an odd moment, or a bland first few seconds. The first two seconds must make a stranger stop scrolling.

## Where you have freedom
Pacing, punch-in zooms, text emphasis on key words, a subtle b-roll moment, the exact in and out points. We are hiring you for taste. Make something you would want to see on your own feed.

## How it's judged
The client will judge it as something they would post from their own account. They look for:
- a hook that works with no context
- readable, tasteful captions
- restraint with effects
- an idea that stands alone
- an ending that lands

We may send one round of specific notes on a draft.
