Edit one vertical captioned podcast clip for Reels/TikTok (24h)

## What you'll make
One vertical short-form clip (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for a podcast about AI and startups. After hire, you'll receive one source file: 67 seconds of horizontal 4K video of a two-person conversation, already narrowed to one strong moment. Your job is to turn it into a clip people stop scrolling for.

## Requirements
- **Format:** 9:16 vertical, 1080x1920 MP4, 30 to 60 seconds, cut only from inside the supplied file.
- **Hook:** open on the strongest line in the first two seconds, never mid-thought. End cleanly on a complete thought.
- **Captions (burned in):**
- large and readable on a phone
- a few words on screen at a time
- synced word by word
- a clean modern font
- never covering faces
- **Framing:** one speaker framed well at a time, reframed from the 4K source. No split screens, no bouncing or shaking camera, nothing covering the speakers.
- **Restraint:**
- no flashy transitions, flashes or sound effects on every cut
- no stock B-roll unless it truly helps
- no music unless it sits quietly under speech
- **Clean output:** no watermarks, no "preview" or "demo" tags, no editing-app logos.

## What you send back
1. The final MP4.
2. The editable project file, or the name of the app if there is no project file.
3. A three-line note on how you made it.

## Your creative freedom
You choose which 30 to 60 seconds of the moment to use. You also choose the caption style, the exact framing and the pacing, as long as you stay inside the rules above. Think premium and calm, not busy.

## How it's judged
We ask one question: would a startup and tech audience happily watch this on their own feed? We check the hook and ending, caption readability and sync, framing quality, and restraint. Work that misses any requirement above is not accepted.
