Edit My Travel Vlog Series

I’m wrapping up a few weeks on the road and have hours of raw footage waiting to become engaging, vlog-style episodes. I need an editor who can keep the pacing lively while still letting the destinations breathe.
Here’s what the finished videos should feel like: smooth cuts that follow my narrative, tasteful B-roll inserts to show off the local atmosphere, clear voiceovers where I explain what’s happening, and on-screen text overlays for location names, quick facts, or call-outs. If an extra transition or effect will elevate the story, feel free to suggest it—creative freedom is welcome as long as the core vlog vibe stays intact.
I’m happy to work with freshers; enthusiasm and a good eye for travel storytelling matter more to me than an extensive portfolio. A short sample cut from any previous personal project (or even a practice clip you edit just for this application) is enough for me to gauge your style.
Preferred tools are Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you’re quickest in is fine. Just deliver:
• One polished 1080p (or higher) video file per episode
• Separate project file and any custom graphics you create
• A brief note outlining the key edits, music sources, and plug-ins used
Once we click, I’ll send you the footage via cloud link along with a rough outline and voiceover tracks. Let’s start with one episode; if we both enjoy the process, we’ll roll into the rest of the series.
