Edit Fitness Reels & Shorts

I shoot quick, high-energy clips on fitness, tennis and an overall active lifestyle, then publish them as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. What I need from you is the post-production magic: clean, punchy cuts that hold attention from the opening frame, seamless transitions that feel natural on a 9:16 canvas, and captions that pop—big, bold, and impossible to ignore.

Every clip has to move to the beat of energetic, upbeat background music. I’ll provide the raw footage, my branding colours, and any talking-head timestamps. You take it from there—sync the rhythm, add tasteful on-screen SFX or motion graphics where they amplify the story, and keep the pacing tight without losing clarity.

Deliverables

• Hard-burned bold captions timed accurately to dialogue
• Licensed upbeat track mixed and levelled so voice remains clear
• Colour-corrected, stabilised, and export-optimised H.264 file plus project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you use)

Acceptance criteria: smooth playback on mobile, no abrupt audio peaks, captions error-free, overall vibe energetic and on-brand.
