I have raw podcast footage that needs to be carved into thirty vertical clips, each running between 15-25 seconds, ready for immediate upload as YouTube Shorts. The tone is fast-paced and energetic, so fast jump-cuts, punchy text overlays, dynamic zooms, sound effects, and a catchy hook in the first two seconds are all essential.

Here’s how I picture the hand-off:

• 30 separate .mp4 files in 9:16 (1080 × 1920)
• Each clip trimmed to 15–25 s, never exceeding 59 s
• Clean audio, balanced loudness, and any dead space removed
• Hard-coded captions in an on-brand font and colour
• Simple thumbnail frame (pull from the clip) to boost CTR

Feel free to use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci—whatever keeps the pace tight and the transitions smooth. I’ll supply the long-form video, brand colours, and any intro/outro assets via a shared drive. Once you deliver the first two samples and they hit the mark, we can move straight through the rest in batches.
