Edit 15-Minute 2D Cartoon

I’m producing an entertainment-focused cartoon for children and need a skilled 2D video editor/animator who works comfortably in Adobe Animate CC or a comparable tool (Toon Boom, Moho, etc.). The finished episode will run roughly fifteen minutes, so you should be prepared to handle a longer-form timeline rather than quick social-media clips.

I’ll supply the script, voice tracks, and any existing character assets I already have. You’ll weave those elements into a cohesive, lively story, adding smooth scene transitions, expressive character motion, lip-sync, sound effects, and basic background music. I’m not looking for prompt-based AI generation; this is hands-on keyframe or cut-out animation with thoughtful editing.

Deliverables:
• Completed 15-minute cartoon in 1080p (MP4 or MOV)
• Project/source files from Adobe Animate CC (or your chosen software) so I can make future tweaks
• One short teaser (≤30 sec) cut from the main episode for promotional use

Acceptance criteria:
• All dialogue properly lip-synced
• No visible layer issues, stray frames, or audio pops
• Color palette and overall style consistent from start to finish
• Final render delivered within the agreed timeline
