Ecosend Email Setup & Automation

I’m running a women’s wellness brand that offers a podcast, retreats and a paid membership, and I’m finally ready to get my email house in order inside Ecosend. My current broadcasts work, but the technical foundations and list structure are still missing.

Here’s what I need:

• Sender infrastructure: create a dedicated inbox for the sending address, connect my domain and fully authenticate it in Ecosend (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so every reply lands in that new inbox.
• Contact organisation: build a clear tagging framework driven mainly by Member status, but flexible enough to capture source and interests later. Apply the tags to my existing list.
• Segmentation & automation: set up segments that use those tags, add a signup form, and wire a short welcome sequence (I’ll supply the copy).
• Handover: supply either a concise written guide or a quick screen-recording that walks me through how to maintain tags, segments and future automations on my own.

My priority is to promote products and services to the right subscribers while staying fully UK-GDPR compliant, and I’m happy to sign an NDA. When you reply, please outline:
