Ecommerce Store UX Rebuild (Using Shopify)

My current website is selling and buying used/preowned electronics products (mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops) from consumer. Our website needs a full rebuild centred on a smoother customer journey. The priority is to enhance user experience, with particular attention to two areas:

• Navigation and usability – menus, collection structure, on-page filtering, search and a friction-free checkout
• Mobile responsiveness – layouts that feel native on phones, thumb-friendly buttons and consistently fast loading
. Integration of payment gateway such as Stripe/Hitpay, grabpay, atome instalment payment, paynow, payment at store
. Allow customer to access their used electronics condition to get immediate quotation and book appointment for doorstep/store walk-in trade-in
. We will provide sample of website-functionality that we desire, so freelancer will have better idea of what we need

A theme overhaul or a well-coded custom theme is welcome as long as it delivers better usability on both desktop and mobile. You are free to reorganise sections, introduce smart product discovery features and streamline app usage, provided brand colours and existing assets remain intact.

Scope of work
– Select or customise a Shopify 2.0-compatible theme
– Rebuild templates and dynamic sections for home, collection and product pages
– Optimise performance, aiming for 80+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile
– Cross-browser/device QA, fixing any console errors
– Supply a short hand-over video or guide so my team can manage content without code

Deliverable: a fully live, conversion-ready store that lets customers reach any product in no more than two clicks from the homepage and feels equally intuitive on desktop and mobile.
