Eco-Resort Activity Program Development

I’m building a glamping-style eco resort and I’m now ready to map out every experience guests will enjoy once they unzip their tents. The physical structures are already sketched; what I need from you is a cohesive program of activities and amenities that brings the site to life while staying true to low-impact, sustainable principles.

Scope of work
• Outdoor adventure activities – think guided hikes, low-impact mountain-bike circuits, stargazing decks, kayak or SUP sessions on the nearby lake, and family-friendly nature quests that use existing trails without disturbing local wildlife.
• Wellness & relaxation – sunrise yoga on a floating platform, forest-bathing walks, outdoor spa rituals using locally sourced botanicals, and an unplugged meditation zone designed for quiet reflection.
• Cultural & educational experiences – workshops with indigenous guides, permaculture classes in the on-site garden, craft sessions using regional materials, and evening storytelling around a bio-ethanol fire pit.

What I’m expecting from the final package
1. A day-by-day, weather-contingent activity schedule covering peak and shoulder seasons.
2. Space, equipment and staffing requirements for each activity, including suggestions for eco-friendly gear suppliers.
3. A simple cost-to-revenue model estimating setup expenses, ongoing running costs, and realistic pricing tiers.
4. Sustainability notes outlining how each activity aligns with our zero-waste, minimal-energy ethos (e.g., solar lighting, compost toilets on trails, reusable water stations).
5. Implementation roadmap with milestones that slot into our overall resort launch timeline.
