Eco Garage Conversion Pre-Application Package

I need a complete pre-application package to convert 27 existing garages into eco-friendly houses within Slough Borough Council. My goal is to secure a positive planning response first time, so accuracy and local policy alignment are critical for three houses.

Scope of work
I already hold detailed site measurements; you will translate these into clear architectural drawings that illustrate an energy-efficient, low-carbon design ethos. Alongside the drawings, prepare every section of the Slough pre-application planning form, cross-referencing it to both national guidance and any borough-specific sustainability requirements.

Deliverables (to be issued in PDF + native file formats)
• Scaled site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections reflecting eco-friendly materials and construction methods
• Design & Access / Sustainability statement highlighting energy strategy, daylighting and water management
• Completed Slough Borough Council pre-application forms with supporting checklists
• One concise cover letter that frames the proposal against local policies and parking standards

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings meet LPA drawing standards and are ready for direct submission
• Content complies with current Slough policies and the National Design Guide
• All files pass a brief internal QA review we hold before submission
