I'm ready to turn our finished guide into a polished, branded PDF that feels bold, playful and clean from cover to final page. We're The Feeding Zoo, an Australian brand making stainless steel tableware for kids, and this free guide for parents is how new subscribers will first meet us. Every page needs to look intentional, on-brand and easy to read on a phone.
Here's what I need from you:
- A full guide layout (roughly 12 pages) built for digital reading, with clear hierarchy and room to breathe.
- Consistent designs for the repeating elements: section banners, "swap this for that" tables, evidence callout boxes and tip lists.
- Simple custom icons or graphics that reinforce key points without clutter.
- Delivery of the final PDF plus the editable source file (Canva preferred, Adobe InDesign also fine).
I'll supply the final copy in Word, our logo, brand colours, fonts and product photos. The wording and references have been checked, so please don't rewrite or cut the text. You'll handle layout, visual flow and the details that make it feel like us: bright colour blocks and confident all-caps headings, not soft pastels or stock wellness imagery. Our tagline is "Embrace the chaos".
Acceptance criteria:
1. Consistent on-brand look throughout, using our palette and fonts.
2. All hyperlinks and page numbers working.
3. Comfortable to read on a mobile screen.
4. Final file under 10 MB, ready for email and web download.
5. Any icons or illustrations original or licensed for commercial use.
I'd like to see the cover and one sample section first, with final files by 1 November and a round of revision included.
If you've designed guides or eBooks like this before, start your bid with the word "chaos" so I know you've read this, and share two or three examples of similar work.
