EBook and Paperback Book Formatting

I need the book formatted for both paperback and eBook, with the following deliverables:

1. Paperback Formatting

- Trim size: 5.5 × 8.5 inches
- Final print-ready PDF
- It should be editable file should remain properly formatted and usable for future edits.

2. eBook Formatting

- A reflowable EPUB specifically formatted for eBooks.
- It should not simply be a converted PDF. The text should reflow properly across different screen sizes and devices.

3. Typography & Interior Design

The book should use Minion Pro and appropriate line spacing, margins, paragraph formatting, chapter spacing, etc to create a clean and professional novel-reading experience.particular about hyphenation and fully justified text.

I don’t want excessive or distracting hyphenation throughout the book. Please keep hyphenation to a minimum and use it only where it genuinely improves the typesetting and readability.
For justified text as well, I’d like the spacing to remain natural and balanced, without creating awkwardly large gaps between words.

I’m not looking for an overly designed interior. I want it to feel like a proper professionally typeset novel: clean, elegant, readable, and comfortable for long reading sessions.
