eBay Store Setup Specialist

I am looking for an experienced eCommerce professional to create and launch a new eBay Store for Element fire extinguishers. The business has inventory available and is looking for someone who can establish the store professionally, create optimized product listings, and provide the training needed to manage the store after launch. We already have a third party to fulfill orders.

Scope of Work
• Set up and configure a completely new eBay business seller account and eBay Store.
• Configure the store using our existing business information, branding, policies, and payment information.
• Create a professional, branded storefront consistent with Element product branding.
• Create professional listings for our initial inventory of new Element fire extinguishers and related products.
• Optimize listings for eBay search visibility and relevant product keywords.
• Properly configure pricing, available quantities, SKUs, shipping (only UPS Ground), handling times, returns, and other listing policies.
• Prevent sales to HI and AK to certain products due to DOT regulations
• Assist with establishing shipping profiles appropriate for Element fire extinguishers and identify any eBay or carrier restrictions that need to be addressed before listings go live.
• Configure applicable sales tax and marketplace settings.
• Ensure listings comply with eBay policies and accurately represent the Element products.
• Test the storefront, navigation, listings, checkout experience, and customer-facing information prior to launch.
• Configuration and administration of sponsored ads.
• Provide initial training on managing listings, inventory, orders, shipping, returns, customer communications, and basic store reporting.
• Configuration to allow for the creation of packing slips and 4x6 labels for the third-party fulfillment organization.
• Provide documentation or a simple operating guide so the store can be managed internally after implementation.

Required Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
• Demonstrated experience creating and launching eBay Stores from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, listing tools, business policies, and store management.
• Experience creating and administering of sponsored ads.
• Experience optimizing listings for eBay search and conversion.
• Strong eCommerce merchandising and product-listing skills.
• Experience creating professional storefronts and consistent product presentation.
• Knowledge of Ebay inventory, order, shipping, and returns management.
• Ability to train someone with limited eBay store-management experience.
