I run a busy eBay store and need a reliable assistant to keep order fulfilment running smoothly. Your single focus will be managing the orders that come in each day—co-ordinating shipping through USPS so every buyer receives fast, accurate tracking and a professionally packed parcel.

Here’s how I imagine the workflow:
• Each morning you’ll log in to eBay Seller Hub, review new and paid orders, and spot anything urgent.
• You’ll purchase and print USPS labels (Click-N-Ship or a similar tool), double-check addresses, weights, and service levels, then mark the items as dispatched.
• Tracking numbers must be uploaded the same day and customers messaged courteously if anything looks delayed.
• If a shipment stalls, you’ll open the correct USPS case, monitor progress, and update the buyer until it is resolved.

Success for me is simple: every order out the door within one business day, tracking uploaded without errors, and any carrier hiccups handled proactively. If you already use tools like Stamps.com, ShipStation, or another USPS integration, tell me; otherwise Seller Hub is fine.
