eBay Listing & Support Revamp

I need an experienced eBay specialist to breathe new life into my existing catalogue and look after day-to-day buyer interactions.

The first part of the job is pure optimisation. Each live listing must be reviewed and improved so the product description speaks directly to shoppers, the images look clean and consistent, and the SEO keywords match what people are actually typing into the search bar. I work inside eBay Seller Hub and often reference Terapeak, so being comfortable with those tools—as well as basic photo-editing software—is essential.

The second part is ongoing customer care. You will log in daily to:
• Answer pre-sale questions promptly and courteously
• Process returns or refund requests in line with my store policy
• Monitor, reply to and defuse any negative feedback before it harms my seller rating

A short weekly summary noting which listings were updated, the keyword changes made, and any customer-service issues resolved will serve as the acceptance report. If this collaboration goes smoothly, I’m happy to expand the workload to new product launches in the near future.
